Taylor Momsen was born in Saint. Louis, Missouri. She is a popular American singer/songwriter/model/actress. Taylor Momsen is an American singer-songwriter as well as model and actress from St. Louis, Missouri. Her most well-known role is Jenny Humphrey in the CW show Gossip Girl. Momsen has seen her music featured in television and films including How to Be single Going to the Limit and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen was born on June 26, 1993. She has a younger sister Sloane Momsen who is also an actor. She studied dance at the Center of Creative Arts in St. Louis. Her first professional performance came when she was three in a 1997 national commercial for Shake 'n Bake. Momsens' career stopped for almost three years. She was then offered an important role in her WB series Misconceptions. Momsen did also appear at that moment in Saving Shiloh (2006). In addition, she was among the top three contenders for Hannah Montana's main character. But, Miley Cyrus was awarded the title role.
